Freedom From  Loans , Inc. has been created to bring a new approach to real estate ownership and investment in  the United States.  It seeks to Offer True Equity Share Partnerships by utilizing  LLC's for the property ownership.

 

Our Company seeks to provide True Equity Share Plans that represent a good deal for all parties. Some companies offer pseudo Equity Share Plans, typically secured by second liens on  Properties with funds provided at only 10-15% of the property value, while taking 30% and more of the appreciation.

Our True Equity Share Plans apply to multiple client types including Distress Situations, New Property Acquisitions and Retirees.  The Company also seeks to work with  fix-and-flip and conventional builders, and developers which may lead to long term equity share investments on completed units.
